Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

- Diagnose medical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications and oversee medication management in accordance with best practices
- Coordinate with specialists for specialized treatments.
- Document patient encounters accurately using electronic health record systems such as Xenoti
- Collect and analyze data relevant to patient health outcomes for continuous improvement
- Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options
- Participate in research initiatives aimed at advancing medical knowledge and improving patient care
- Manage patient care across various settings including hospital, outpatient clinics, pediatrics, pain management, and home care environmentsSkills
